Carmel Clark, Awards CoordinatorThe ever-organised, unflappable, and always practical Carmel Clark is our awards coordinator. Carmel has been involved with the food industry, chefs, and competitions for many years.  In her 13 years as Executive Officer at NZChefs, she managed the NZ Hospitality Championships. Now with her role at NZ Specialist Cheesemakers, Carmel has been working with Nic and Kathie to facilitate the smooth running of the ‘back office’ for the NZ Champions of Cheese Awards. She is delighted to be working with the team at Marvellous Marketing to assist with their awards administration.
